About Me
Been in construction most of my life, either as a nail driver or as a project manager. Still licensed in California as an Engineering and Building Contractor.
Enjoy doing rehabs the most, but the back is beginning to complain so I'm turning the work over to others I trust to do the job right. My next phase in life is to begin to rehab, but in a bigger way.
Starting with a few fixer-uppers, I want to improve living conditions for those who can't afford the American dream. And if they can't afford to own it, I'll at least provide housing that is worth owning. When they're ready to buy, I'll be there with creative programs and suitable properties.
