About Me

I am a former real estate investor and real estate investor enthusiast, who wants to get back in the business.  I had made a decision to put my real estate investing on hold to take care of my wife(fiance then), who was in bad health, just as I had sold most of my inventory to relocate and restructure my real estate investor approach.  I owned apartments on the east coast, as well as owning some single family properties in Southern California.  I wanted to restructure and relocate because of the difficulty of managing units so far apart, and I had an opportunity to liquidate the properties to gain another that would stabilize my net worth and increase my monthly cash flow; allowing me to take care of my family. Unfortunately during such time the real estate bubble burst and the economy plunged into a depression, and my wife was still having a hard time.  

My attempts to re-establish myself has been difficult as many of my professional networks no longer existed, and the economy had changed the game.  I still found time to study the market, learn new things, begin to create some contacts, and find niches to make money that I want to put into action in order to take advantage of this down market.  Thus, here I am starting up again.
