I'm pretty new to real estate investing, but I'm a fast learner and very determined. I live in San Diego, California.

I am currently focusing on the Kansas City, MO market, specifically residential REOs. My short-term exit strategy is to assign the contracts or flip them on the retail market. I'm more interested in holding apartment buildings than individual SFRs. I am beginning to shift my focus toward commercial REI, but I plan to continue making offers on REO residentials.
