Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal. I would like to introduce myself as I am new to this site. I own a wholesaling company here in Phoenix and have another branch located in Austin, TX.
We have many properties available with $100k + in equity that are 20%-35% below market value. We are looking for other investors to sell these to as these require a quick close.
I would also like to get to know more about your services and see if we can work together and get some deals done.

My suggestion to start you off so you don’t get overwhelmed and get analysis paralysis is to read some of my blogs.
I want you to start off by reading some valuable information that I wish I knew and acquired when I first started.
The first set of blogs will tell you how to prepare yourself in the real estate industry:
Start out with: “The MOST IMPORTANT TIP you will ever receive as a Beginner Investor and in LIFE!” moving on to “Self Confidence and Preparation” then “"Quick-Start" Guide for Investors”.
Now for the niche that I recommend starting after you have done some “bird dogging”, or even during.
That blog is “How to build capital for your real estate business with real estate you don’t even own!!”
I do recommend you owning your own home as you get deeper because you will look more believable when you are trying to get someone into their own home. So read “Get into a Luxurious Home without CASH, CREDIT, QUALIFING LOANS, or a JOB!!”
I know this may take some time , but I guarantee that by reading just these blogs along will place you far ahead of the game of any new investor who doesn’t have this knowledge under their belt.
