My name is Heather Abel and I am from York, Pennsylvania. I am the Director of Research for a Commercial Real Estate Firm known as Rock Commercial Real Estate.

At Rock Commercial Real Estate, we specialize in sales and leasing of Commercial and Industrial Properties. Our market area is Central Pennsylvania, however we also do business in Maryland and West Virginia.
As Director of Research, my job is to collect information on our markets such as: sales information, vacancy and absorption rates, current active market information, new businesses and manage the database.
