I would consider myself a computer nerd from way back. My first one was an Apple clone called a Franklyn. I've focused on PC's since the first day they hit the street. I have a love/hate relationship with M-Soft. I have automated my entire RE business using MS Access and love "messing" with computers.

My better half (aka-wife) and I have 35 years together and we have created five grown "kids". We live with, one Samoyed, one Cavalier King Charles and one Persian teacup. With these, I can't say we live alone, but we do have an "empty nest".
My background is telephony/computers since 1968. I love electronic gadgets but I don't waste my time playing games.
My Business
We've been investing in apartments, single family homes, etc for over 30 years. However, this year, I decided to build a new business and work soley in the wholesale flipping arena. More specifically, I am focusing on REO's, short sales & probate properties. Got a house I can buy??
