IF YOU CAN GET A BANK TO AGREE TO LOAN YOU FROM $50,000,000 AND UP SUBJECT TO RECEIVING COLLATERAL WE CAN GET YOU THE COLLATERALThe only thing you will need is a project and a good banking relationship. However, if you do not have a good banking relationship that will issue you a loan approval based on your project alone we can get you a JV Partner for a fee that will get you in the door with one of their many banking relationships.

  • *$5,000 to $25,000 Refundable Due Diligence Fee. This fee is only charged if you do not have a good banking relationship. YOU DO NOT PAY THIS FEE IF YOU HAVE A BANKING RELATIONSHIP ALREADY THAT WILL WRITE THE LETTER FOR YOU. This is fully refundable in 90 days if you do not get funded for any reason through our banking relationships.
