My name is Grace. I am a beginner investor looking to close deals to where I can close more deals. My goal in real estate investing is to buy,sell, hold on to property for (profit) to where I'll be able to add additional opportunities in real estate as well as other profitable endeavors (create other business investments, partnerships / JV Partnership opportunities). Wholesaling property, Portfolio REO's, Mortgage Assignments, Luxury Homes SHORT SALE ONLY($500,000-above), Bulk REO's, REO's, Short Sales (ANY ALL TYPES OF PROPERTIES), Pre-Foreclosures, Foreclosures, NPN/PN.
Our focus are with: ( Single Family Residence ,Multi-Units, Apartment Complex (100-500 units and above, 10%-15% and higher Cap Rate), Luxury Homes (SHORT SALES ONLY), commercial property, etc
I PAY EXCESS AMOUNT OF INTERESTS WHEN YOU LOAN ME MONEY FOR DEALS.
I offer the following options :
- OPTION 1): 50/50 Partnership (will spit 50/50 PROFIT on each deal closed)
- OPTION 2): 15% return on investment secured by real estate.
- OPTION 3): 12%-15% Return on investment from each deal closed.
I DON'T MAKE MONEY UNLESS (YOU) THE LENDER, INVESTOR MAKES MONEY...AND LOTS OF MONEY!
