I am an active wholesaler in the city of Columbus OH and would like to accomplish 3 things with this blog: 

1) use this as a platform to sell wholesale deals

2) exchange of good ideas in regards to any topic (marketing, systems, seller scripts) having to do with wholesaling. 

3) build relationships with other active investors in all areas of the country.

 I've never done this before but it certainly won't stop me now.  Any takers or ideas?
