Purpose: To educate, invest, and partner up on Multi Family properties.
Format: Investors will join this group and share their experiences with multi-family investing. The organizer is a Realtor with access to the MLS, and certain deals will be brought to the table each meeting to be discussed and analyzed. Should any of the deals interest the members, they are free to partner up with each other and purchase the property.
Tools: The organizer of this meetup is a Realtor who focuses on the investor. The company that this Realtor works for is Keller Williams Realty Partners, and his particular office is a one stop shop for investing:
1. Buyer / Seller Representation
2. Property Management Division (Section 8 knowledge)
Meetings: Meetings will be held once a month at first, but should there be greater demand, multiple meetings per month will be held accordingly.
