About Me
Having left California for the second time, I've lived here in Colorado for about 9 years. In previous lifetimes I was a teacher (working mainly on Indian Reservations in AZ), an engineer, a program manager and a mom to 2 adopted kids. I've been working as a polysomnographic tech doing sleep studies to diagnose sleep apnea for the past 4 years. Recently I cut back to 1/2 time to allow time to do investing. I've done a couple lease options and am trying to move into rehabs. I also recently signed up with a company that does loss mitigation to help foreclosure victims stay in their homes (see other box) which I hope will help a lot of people and also get me some investor leads.
Seeking Private Money
I am currently buying and selling high equity homes using private money mostly from Self Directed IRA's. I use Subject To for any small mortgage left on the property. I need only small amounts, usually $20K - $45K, from the IRA's and can structure the mortgage to suit the lender.

Thanks for asking me about the blog, feel free to put a link on there. We like when folks write blogs that educate people on something besides their business and then offer their business contact info afterwards.
For instance, 5 things that most people don't know about foreclosure, would be a great article and then afterwards people could see your business, essentially you're giving before looking to recieve.
