About Me
I entered the real estate field in 1974. I began by selling home sites for the developer of a second home community in the Poconos. I have leased office space and stores and managed office buildings and a shopping center. I have also been a participant in two development projects.
I entered the commercial real estate field during what may have been the worst market for commercial space in Manhattan. I stood on the sidelines during thr S&L crisis, while properties were being sold at fire sales prices.
It is absolutely clear to me that wealth in the real estate business comes from equity and not from brokerage, and that fortunes are made in tough times. This is an unprecedented market, I may have missed the first two opportunities, but I am all in on this one.
