I'm an investor here in Cleveland, OH. I'm in the process of moving back out to Colorado I went to school in Boulder and dearly miss the Colorado lifestyle.. I'm not all that familiar with Denver, but I'm looking for a nice deal on a home (single family, condo, rehab etc..pretty open) in the downtown area. Credit Line??

I was wondering how many of you use a credit line?  I haven't started the process of obtaining one and don't know all the details, but I've been hearing it's the way to go.  For the ones who do have one what are some of the benfits/drawbacks? Muchas Gracias.

Sub-Prime Shakiness

I'm curious what other members are thinking of the recent sub-prime debacle ( New Century etc..). It's inevitable that there are going to be some lending constraints, it actually already seems like it has begun.. This is a 2double sided issue for investors. Banks might be more willing to liquidate from there books, especially in pre-foreclosure short sale scenarios, but it is also going to become harder to get investment properties financed.
