About Me

I have always had interest in real estate investing, but like alot of people.  Fear, money and a lack of knowledge has kept me back. I still have the same concerns, however my attitude has changed. I am looking for creative note buyers to buy mortgage notes from banks at a discount and do a loan modification to reduce principal and monthly payment so that the homeowner can keep the house, rent it out at the current market rent or sell to another buyer.
