Vardis has been buying, selling, renovating properties for almost 11 years and has been involved in over 70 plus real estate transactions. I have diligently built a prospect database from referrals, phone calls marketed using direct mail, virtual wholesaling, on-site promotions, and newspapers that devised a unique target market policy that quickly built strategic edge vs. competition.This has provided me with a valuable industry insight and experience.
