Shannon Gonnelly is no stranger to the Southwest Florida area. Born and raised in Lehigh Acres, Florida. Shannon has lived here for her entire life, graduating from Ft. Myers Senior High School in 1997 and relocating from Ft. Myers to Cape Coral in 2000. Her life was soon to change thereafter when she met her match and wedded in 2002 to her now husband Ernie Gonnelly and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl in October of 2004.
Now settled in Cape Coral with her family, Shannon's pursuit in Real Estate is no surprise. Her husband, Ernie is the owner of Advanced Mortgage Financial, Inc., a reputable mortgage company in the SW Florida area. Her immediate family is also in the Real Estate business. They say that knowledge is power!!!!

I am a agent with Keller Williams World Class Realty. I have been in real estate since 2006. Before that i have worked with my husband, who owns Advanced Mortgage Financial, Inc. He has worked with many builders and real estate agents in the past and has gained a lot of knowledge about our market. With his many years of experience it has been a very favorable factor in my business. We have ties in most of the state of Florida but our main market is Lee County Florida which consists of Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach/Sanibel, Bonita, and Lehigh Acres.
We LOVE getting great investments for our clients. There is nothing more rewarding then to have a client make money on a deal that you provided for them!!!!
