I Wholesale Subjet To Houses!
If you are a buy and hold, rent-to-own, or lease option investor, then I would like to network with you. I buy houses subject to and flip to investors for $2,500 - $5,000 assignment fee. The houses I pick up are pretty, need little to no rehab, are in high demand, and cashflow.
Definition: "Subject To" is when purchasing property subject to existing financing already in place, along with any other liens or encumbrances already attached. Investor does not formally assume the loan through the bank. The owner deeds the property to investor, who then takes over making the payments to the lending institution.
