Question if anyone knows about this please let me know…
I heard through a realtor that when you buy a short sale some banks make you sign a document stating you must hold title at least 60 days or X amount of days.
Has anyone heard of this? The state where I live and want to wholesale in is FL and this could be a problem… I appreciate everyone’s idea’s and great input in this site…
