About Me

Hello everyone, My name is Rob and I have have been looking into REI for several years. I have just recently quit my job working for an a$$hole that didn't appreciate anything I have accomplished for him. Decided that at my age the only way for me to really look at my future was to focus my energy and goals into building a successful REI business.

I am wanting to first learn the wholesaling end of this business as I am one of those no money, no credit fools.

I have been looking at the Eric Medemar program now since Sept. of 2009. However, I have not taken any action due to putting in 60 hours per week with my previous job.

Has anyone had luck with Eric's system?

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). It's marketing tracking software for any real estate professional - geared more towards an investor, but anyone that spends money on marketing/advertising could get tremendous value in using it.
