My name is Frank. I am a government employee 26 years now. Working 50 hours a week . I have short sale training but have decided to shift my focus to wholesales. With the free time I have available short sales were not working out for me. Wholesales on the other hand are a better return on the amount of time I invest. Also interested in sandwich lease options and cooperative assignments.

We have more deals than we can possible handle ourselves!
We will assign our contracts to other investors literally for pennies on the dollar just to recoup our advertising costs.
