I have been a real estate investor since 2004 primarily buying fixer uppers and then renting them out. I am changing gears now and I am going to start wholesaling as well. I am ALWAYS up to meet new people that are interested in real estate and talk real estate.

My name is Franklin Barker and I am a real estate investor as well as a real estate wholesaler. My primary goal is to assist you in accomplishing your real estate goals by providing you with wholesale properties. I have been through the trenches of landlording, showing properties, marketing rentals, doing market research, rehabbing and managing contractors. I understand what real estate investors look for in a property as well as the local market.
My target price on each property is 70% ARV minus repairs and assignment fee. That gives you a fully rehabbed property with 30% equity when the deal is done. My assignment fee is usually between $1000-$10,000 depending on how much equity is in the deal.
I believe business is simple, find a solution for a problem and create a win win situation for all parties involved. I have a property for sale that's a good deal for any investor. This a 3bed/ 1bath townhouse is and a good neighborhood and plus a good school district. The property need some rehab work done, here is the rental comps $400.00 to $1000.00 they are perfact for a quick tenant placement. The sale comps start at $14,000.00 to $105,000.00, so if you would like to resale the property you would have a large margin for profit.
