The art of networking
What does it mean to network? Hmm. casual conversation, trading ideas, marketing to a group, learning, teaching. WHAT! Given an opportunity to become the biggest Internet networker what would it take to achieve this monumental achievment. Lets say that we wanted to expotentially want to increase our contacts by say 10 or more per day. How would we go about doing this without spamming? Hmm. Any ideas?

Today, I placed a bid on a 2/2/2. Not the best of properties to bid on since it is a 2/2/2. My preference has been multi-families and 3/2/2. I could n't resist this one. Stepping out of the box
