What I'm Looking For
I'm thirsty for any and all REI information. I am currently flipping a property so any and all information on that will be greatly appreciated. I am also interested in Wholesale, Short Sales and Buy & Hold. I think I found a good deal in an apartment complex but I do not know ANYTHING about Commercial, so any information on commercial will be appreciated also. My current farm area is Garfield Heights which has experienced a surge. I know the area in and out. Lets do business!!!
What It Do?
My name is Simeon Walker. I am 25 years old and I am very new to REI. When I say new I mean brand spanking new. April 22, 2007 is when I started my journey. As luck would have it I have my first property under contract. I plan to rehab it and sell it. I found it in a up and coming neighborgood in a suburb of Cleveland. I am very EXCITED. I am a sponge for knowledge and will pick any brain I encounter. It seems I can only think about success. Currently I am interested in learning everything I can about Flipping, Buying & Hold, Short Sales, and Wholesale. I am open to any and all forms of REI, the fore mentioned are the forms I am the most interested in currently.
