About Me
I have lived in San Antonio, TX for the past 10 years with my husband. I am originally from Minneapolis, MN. As they say, you can google me, and find I own a magazine publication called Tickled Magazine, and I was a NCAA National Champion Track Athlete. I love social media simply because it has drawn some great people back into my life and I have discovered some new ones.
I am very creative and entrepreneurial. Real Estate allows me to enjoy both passions.

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
I have rehabbed and wholesaled several homes in the past 5 years. Currently, I have two rental properties that are occupied. I have several commercial, storage units, and mobile home parks and notes available.
I acquired these properties through REO, door to door, and referrals. I have only 1 property in a land trusts.
Financing was acquired through hard money and private money.
GOALS
Locating investors with cash to provide quality properties and great ROI with commercial, multi-family properties in Nationwide through many creative resources (REO, Short Sale, direct marketing, etc.)
As well, seeking investors with cash for Multi-family, commercial Real Estate development in Costa Rica.
