Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to you and your family, I want to take the time to say I'm sorry to have taken so long to get back to you but I was taking care of my dad which took much of my attention away from real estate, but I'm back now. I'm looking for apartment buildings for sale if any in your area please let me know and if you are interested in something here in the NYC area please let me know. Thanks Yusuf

 Hey fellow investor I'm new 2 the site in fact I just joined 2nite, I'm in need of help is their any1 you know of that want's 2 buy in Texas, I have 2  deals, 1 of them is retailed at $1,365,000.00 .... and now I'm selling it for $855,000.00, I need 2 find buyers .... I have "NONE" ......
