My wife JoAnna, keeps saying to me Earl, you just like to do Everything! She thinks that there is no hobbie out there that I don't have, or like to do.
I would say one of the best hobbies that I have picked up over the years is flying, I don't have another hobbie that even comes close to the same thrill that I get from flying a powered parachute!
I love all kinds of hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and other outdoor adventures that bring me into God's creation.
About 5 years ago I used to train bird dogs that we used to hunt pheasant, quail, and partridges. We used to take our english setters out on wide open farm land to hunt pheasants, this is another hobby that is hard to shake once you get started!

Are you familiar with the area in the US, that (CNN Money and The New York Times) projected to increase in value by 72% in the next 5 years?
This area, is in Panama City Beach Florida, where they are in the process of building a Brand New International Airport, that is projected by Florida's largest real estate company (St Joes) to be the 3rd largest airport within 30 years.
We have a Beach Front 23 story, 400 Condo Resort Center with all kinds of amentities, overlooking the ocean and the white sandy beach. Each condo has a patio that has a glass railing where you can sit at night and see the beautiful sunsets.
Right now, you can reserve your condo, for only 10% down, and still get the preconstruction price, and you won't actually have to close on the unit until 24-30 months when the project is finished, but in the mean time your condo has the ability to go up in value, and the only money that you have in it, is your 10% down.
We have units starting as low as, 59,900
The units are selling like crazy, we have only a few of the smallest units left!

St Joes, is the largest real estate company in all of Florida, they own 800,000 acres in Bay county alone, (where our tower is located) and they donated 14,000 acres of that land to build a brand new International Airport.
So I believe that if a real estate company donates that much land, they anticipate their other land to go up in value.
