My Story
I have been studing real estate for over 8 years. I work full time in that "other" job, and cant seem to make that switch to real estate yet. I am tired of the books, seminars, coarses, and scams. I am ready to make that plunge into my first deal. With the slow market in Cincinnati, my first deal is turning into my first major hurdle too. I hope with some new friends and investors from this site, my dreams of being a full time real estate investor is soon to come.
My Business
I have recently started Heartfelt Properties LLC in hopes of getting my RE career going. I am still learning the beginners ropes and I am hoping to complete 5 -10 wholesale deals for my first goal, then buy and hold a few properties, and moving to some foreclosures. I am sure this plan will change often!!!!
