Hello to all! This appears to be a great website that we can all learn a little something from. Everyone has their areas of expertise, mine would be in Financing. I am a licensed mortgage broker and have been originating loans all over the US for aboout 6 years now. There are a gazillion loan programs and if anyone has any questions feel free to ask, so that you can avoid any possible headaches. There is a lot of garbage in our industry in Miami and that is why we are in the situation we are in. It is sort of a self cleaning process that is going on with most of the Banks and the Mortgage Industry. Programs and guidelines are changing daily. Feel free to email me or ask anything you want. My Purpose
Also I have dabbled a little in real estate investments, but i have my sights set on a nice Mountain Cabin in the Mountains of Georgia, NC, or Tennessee. So if you know anythiong let me know. I am also working with a bunch of Developers, so if land is something you may be interested in let me know. I can definately point you in the right direction. Hope the best for everyone.

I am looking for a good mortgage broker
I have a gentleman that has access to REO straight out the bank (not listed) for 60 cents on the dollar. (residential)
I have another Gentleman has That purchase properties for 50 cent on the dollar and sells them for 65 cents on a dollar.
can we do anything with this or is there anything you had in mind I can assist you with?
