Sandy has been investing in real estate for 14 years, and has had her Realtor license for 5 years. Currently she is working with Keller Williams Realty. Her portfolio is changing, but at this time she owns several single family homes, duplexes, and triplexes in the Salt Lake Valley. Her past projects include the successful flipping of many other properties, that she has remodeled to sell for a profit. She currently holds a GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), and the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations.
If anyone qualifies as being passionate about investing, Sandy certainly does.

Other passions in her life include her other business of 15 years, Excel Glass Art, Inc. an art glass company that she owns and operates.

Important people in her life include: Mike Anderson her partner for 15 years so far who is always right, her Dad of eighty-seven who taught her how to balance a checkbook among other things, her two sons and their families, including three awesome grandchildren that delight and amaze her, and Judy Johnson her good friend and fellow Realtor who has endured Sandy's warped sense of humor and taught her much. Many more family and friends she is grateful to and for that are not mentioned here, but you know who you are.

Goals include successfully completing win/win transactions that educate and enrich all parties involved. Other goals are to achieve financial independence this year.
 

Mass Endeavors LLC is a newer company that has combined the strengths of a Buyer's list with a Deals list. The combination of the two represents the goal of Mass Endeavors LLC. Currently participating in many areas of investing such as wholesaling, subject to, rehabbing, and buy and hold. The market in Utah is holding it's own. Although there are many forclosures, prices are discounted generally not more than 10-20% off retial.
