Hello,
I see your a relatively new beginner to investing. As you press forward just remember that all great endeavors take time when you're on the learning curve. For example your 4 year degree at FSU. So be patient yet persistent in your learning. And above all don't wait for perfection to take action. Make those calls to sellers and always build your buyers list so you can better market your properties. Be an avid reader so you personally grow through the process. And tap into the minds of the great people out here.
