Thanks for the comment. Kansas City Missouri ranks second to texas with it comes to real estate investing the numbers make since. We find investors properties in the teens and then usually complete the rehab for them. They are in the property around 40,000. These are all three to four bedroom homes with one or two baths. The properties rent for 750-850 a month. Taxs and insurance are cheap here and the cash flow is usually around 300 a month. We help place the tentant and then have a property management company that manages them.
Kansas City is home to Four major sports teams, we have new sprint center that is hopefully going to bring the NBA or NHL here. Also 86 percent of Kansas city is rental property and the waiting list for tentants is Huge.
Hope to hear from you soon. We have alot of other way to invest in the area. We currently have a new development planned at Lake of the Ozarks this is one of the three major lakes in Missouri. There is currently not alot of housing in that area.
