About Me
I am a 44 year old mother of 4. My health is not so good, but I'm not one to pity party. So I am trying to start a new occupation, right now I'm up to my ears in real estate books and have been for over a year. I would love to have someone help me connect the dots,(meaning I have so much information and don't know what to do with it) I am so ready to do something.

My Business
My mom is my my partner, we will be attempting to do some wholesaling. My dream is to incorporate no less than 3 more times, wholesaling commercial properties, buying and holding properties. I also want to rent out some of my properties for positive cash flow, and own a property management company. Right now money is a big obstacle, so will concentrate on all things wholesaling until I master that, and move on . Hi Helen, welcome to the site. I know it can be a little frustrating when you're just getting started, but from what I've learned the best education is to step out on faith and just do it. When you do that first one the rest will be easier. Take a look at this program I'm using right now. www.weclosemoredeals.com. It is well worth the investment. Hope things will work out for you soon.
