I'm a real estate investor and consultant in Houston, I'm representing a group of investors that are interested in acquiring condos and apartments in Florida and Texas. Their preference is $5-20M and 150 units or more for apartments, but they'll entertain others if they're priced at 65% or less than market value. Please let me know what you have, we won't hesitate to get you an LOI and POF as soon as possible. Also, send me any SFR's that you may have between $1M-6M in St. Petersburg with 30% or more in equity.
