In the business I have decided to master, there is a lot of talking, contemplating and analyzing going on before someone makes a decision to do anything. The average investor is paralyzed by fear well before anything good or bad can happen. In the world I live in, I hear those dreaded word "If", "I wish", "I could have", and these are phrases I had to mentally eliminate from my vocabulary. Instead of the taking the low road as most do, not only in real estate but in life itself, I decided that I would take the high road and take the chance to be free, by acting on my opportunities. What if Thomas Edison had lived in the "what if" world, we would probably still be in the dark. I would be remiss to say taking the higher road is easier, but let me tell you from experience that when you decide that you are going to become the individual that you are fully capable of becoming things will start to manifest itself. Doors will open; obstacles will not be as difficult as they were in the past, do to that fact that you have made the decision to do something,
Let's get back on track, I specialize in Commercial Real Estate investing and training. The Power to Be Free was created for the average person with the burning desire to acquire larger more profitable real estate deals, but have been held back do to a lack of knowledge or access to quality information. We have all probably heard that your primary residence will be the largest investment that most will ever make, well not the members of The Power to be Free, we understand that your primary residence is a liability. Yes in most cases the home you live in will be considered an asset for paper purposes only. The true definition of an asset for the purposes of real estate would be a property or building that generates income, either through income from a single tenant or in the case of The Power To Be Free, multiple tenants all happily paying you money to build wealth and pay off the building that they live in.

With that in mind we add a little twist to the equation; we conduct monthly on site Commercial Real Estate Bus Tours as a group that not only give you the technical information needed to make the decision, but on the spot analysis of viable Commercial Real Estate for sale that can literally change the course of your life. These field trips are no pressure sales trips that we have negotiated with top Real Estate companies. The have agreed in advance to give us complete access to the building to be able to make informed decisions without having someone riding the prospective buyers back.
