My Bio

After 4 years as Senior Operations Manager at a large Casino, I began my career in the Cashflow business. I am the owner of Eden & Associates, and I am enjoying one of the most exciting careers in my life.

I live in southeastern Oklahoma on 160 acres (after growing up in Southern California). What a different lifestyle!

I am the owner and Vice President of Operations of Eden & Associates. We work with a large group of investors who specialize in purchasing privately held notes that are secured by Real Estate. We buy & sell Residential, Commercial, and Land notes. We're getting ready to do a Lease Option (rent to own).  How would  it benefit us by you buying the note?  Let's say we owner-finance one of our $350K condos - for 30 years.  Over 30 years of finance means it would carry over $400K in interest (garnering us over $700K in the long run).  How could we sell that note to you - and for what expected amount/percentage.
