The Ugly House Depot is a residential Real Estate Investment Company that buys and sells Investment Real Estate at wholesale prices. Over 95 % of the Real Estate that we sell is residential property with 1-4 units. We typically purchase and wholesale only 3 types of properties: Buy-Fix-Rentals…..Buy-Fix-Sell (retail deals)……Rent-to-Own (Lease Options). We then wholesale these properties to our core investor group. Through our combined efforts over the last 5 years (since 2002), we have purchased and sold over 320 investment properties to our core Investors. Most of our Investors are repeat buyers who are using Real Estate Investing as a vehicle to create wealth, and in a lot of cases, an early retirement Investment Strategy.
