Hi Erin,
It is very nice to meet you as well. I see you allow investors to use your funds. I buy and flip reo packages from $150k - about $50 million. How much do you charge for using $50 million to be used of your funds and what are the terms? Also, I am always looking for new exit buyers. Do you have any, and if so, what type of packages do they look for?
