I have been working on my buying re websites, tax lien website and my foreclosure web site. I have also created a diy rehab website.
I have had forms for data input but so far all I have gotten are junk submissions.
I bought a new plugin for submitting content automatically. However, I want to approve any content before it is published.
I am still looking for land and self storage properties.

Some people are at least doing something about big footprint houses.
I visited one of our family's homesteads and was surprised at the small house that a dozen family members lived in. It was only about 300 sq ft.
I could probably live in a 500 foot house but 87-117 sq. ft.???

This could be faster and easier than just submitting articles to high pr sites.
They say they have 5 times more content posted than wiki.com.
I just built a server from old computer parts I had. I installed ubuntu file server on it. It as really easy to do. I may install apache webserver on it also.

It is noteworthy the method used for this bailout. The stockholders are going to take the hit. But, who are the stockholders?
The treasury is infusing a billion $ to each lender with much more to follow. They have warrants to get 79.9% of the stock.
Back to the stockholders. Are they not taking a dilution hit of almost 80%? They now have a 20.1% ownership that is going down fast. Their stock will be worth pennies soon.
