I saw a notice that countrywide was going to work on short sales with investors. Have any of you tried to see how cooperative they are going to be?

In my past real estate deals I used paper contracts and filled them in with a pen at the location. This worked fine and was not much trouble. I have two now; one is for real estate investing articles and the other is for flipping houses articles. I saw a presentation of Gerald Romines investing course. The guy sure does a good job of promoting real estate. He has developed software to produce the short sale packages.
My question is do any of you guys use it or do you have your own methods. I can see where plugging in some information would expedite the process.

I guess we are blessed with large amounts of vacant land in close proximity to our cities.
