About Me
I have been inspired to use the web to increase the effectiveness of reaching sellers.  With this thought in mind I have been building a series of websites and blogs.  These should create a funnel for sellers to fill out information forms so we can connect.  There is still a lot to be said for personal networking however, I want to minimize my time spent on conversations and more effort toward creating multiple streams of income.
I would love to travel and see the rest of the US and then Ireland for adventure and maybe opportunities.
My Business
I was a real estate broker for 10 years and rehabbed houses too.  I now am a full time webmaster and flipper. I want to get profitable with wholesaling and short sales.  I have done hundreds of rehabs and want to find less time consuming projects.  I really would like to work with apartments and self-storage as buy and hold investments.

I looked over your site. I like what you are doing.  You've been busy.  I have several other web sites.  I think these are functioning and make for themed websites.  My logic was separate major topics for more google love. http://2byfour.com for buying, http://4byeight.com for investing, http://qnagold.com for flipping.  My main site more or less "to be" is http://wescapprime.com - for commercial, I am building back links from many sites to increase traffic and page rank.
I am thinking about a site related to auctions especially using ebay for real estate buying and selling.  It may be better to just list and sell using their site.

I do have other sites related to digital photography and cars.
Please feel free to write an article or post.
