About Me
I have been inspired to use the web to increase the effectiveness of reaching sellers.  With this thought in mind I have been building a series of websites and blogs.  These should create a funnel for sellers to fill out information forms so we can connect.  There is still a lot to be said for personal networking however, I want to minimize my time spent on conversations and more effort toward creating multiple streams of income.
I would love to travel and see the rest of the US and then Ireland for adventure and maybe opportunities.
My Business
I was a real estate broker for 10 years and rehabbed houses too.  I now am a full time webmaster and flipper. I want to get profitable with wholesaling and short sales.  I have done hundreds of rehabs and want to find less time consuming projects.  I really would like to work with apartments and self-storage as buy and hold investments.

You were on the Leaders board and I thought I would share this with you... just to let you know, I am in no way affiliated with this company AT ALL.

I read a book by Peter Conti and LOVED it. His company called me and he mentors people for apartment buildings and self-storage facilities. It may be something you are interested in.

Now for MY plug. I am a business finance consultant and I have non-depository lenders. Peter Conti promises little to no money down, but if you find that strategy doesn't work and banks say no, then feel free to message me. My lenders love apartment complexes, self-storage and mobile home/RV parks. The down payment is usually about 20% of LTC.

I know that your focus in apartment buildings but I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES.  I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her).  I look for 500k upwards to 5 million.  I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale.  Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power.  Let me know if you have something or may now of someone who does.  NATION WIDE.  Thanks in Advance.

Hi Leslie,

How are you?  I would love to find out how we can help each other out in this Wonderful ecomony:) 

I am working with a company called "Lease to Own Realty".  We are based out of Dallas, and we help renters become homeowners through a no $ down, no closing cost, 30 yr fixed rate mortgage, and up to a 18 month lease period during which they may assume the mortgage and own the home!

Our program is not like a normal rent to own program.  We have associations with Morgan Stanley and Quicken Loans!
