My name is Sparkle and i'm 22 years young. I decided to join realestateinvestor.com so I can improve my business by networking with other like-minded individuals. I would like to build my buyers list with investors from New Jersey, New York, Connecticut & Mass. 

This is not just another "bird dog" who is in it for the fast cash. Real Estate has always been my passion growing up as a kid into adulthood. I am a determined wholesaler/ due diliger. I dont just retrieve the duck, it, I bake it, carve it & place it on your plate for dinner". It doesn't get any better than that. I am quite the meticulous type & my tenacity is undeniable. I make sure that my buyer/rehabber make the most profit on any deal. My inventory sells like hot cakes.

I care alot about my sellers also because losing a roof over your head is not an easy thing. I like to give them the oppportunity to continue living in their humble abodes. So all the Investors who like to offer creative terms for their sellers please join my Buyers list.

My goal in life as an investor is to move up from Wholesale Deals to Rehabbing to Commercial/Hotel/Casino Deals. I am not here to make casual friends I have a myspace page for that.
