As we approach 2009 it’s time to take an inventory of ourselves and make adjustments if we are to achieve our goals in the new year. I have found in my years of experience that there are very few problems and challenges in our lives that money could not solve. Around $250,000 to be precise. So the best approach is to focus on getting the money and stop whining and complaining about the problems we face. Take the time to analyze why and how you got into your difficult situation and resolve to never let it happen again. Focus on finding and closing more deals. I recommend getting a real estate license to all serious full-time RE investors. Having your license has its advantages. For example you get access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the database of all the available properties listed for sale through RE brokers in the area. It also gives you an additional profit center.
