Hey fellow investor I'm new 2 the site in fact I just joined 2nite, I'm in need of help is their any1 you know of that want's 2 buy in Texas, I have 2 deals, 1 of them is retailed at $1,365,000.00 .... I got it 4 a great price and now selling it for $855,000.00 need 2 find buyers .... I have "NONE" ...... I am more than willing 2 go half on both deals

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES (Single family, move in ready). I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale. Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power.
