 Hey fellow investor I'm new 2 the site in fact I just joined 2nite, I'm in need of help is their any1 you know of that want's 2 buy in Texas, I have 2  deals, 1 of them is retailed at $1,365,000.00 .... I got it 4 a great price and now selling it for $855,000.00 need 2 find buyers .... I have "NONE" ...... I am more than willing 2 go half on both deals

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever).  It's marketing tracking software for any real estate professional - geared more towards an investor, but anyone that spends money on marketing/advertising could get tremendous value in using it.  It helps to measure lead generation, closed deals, and marketing expenses so you, the investor, is able to maximize profits and save time and money.

Simon,

        I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES (Single family, move in ready).  I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her).  I look for 500k upwards to 5 million.  I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale.  Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power.  Let me know if you have something or may now of someone who does.  NATION WIDE.  Thanks in Advance.
