OK...this business seems to be consuming my life. I LOVE IT...and I haven't even done much yet. OK...lesson two...I found a fabulous pre foreclosure not too far from where I live and work. I "researched" it first...read all the deed information on line...looked at comps...drove by at lunchtime...CUTEST HOUSE EVER...in a beautiful neighborhood. My "research" showed me that the owner (same lady since 1998) owed about $171K on the house, and the FMV on the house was about $240K. I'm thinkin' CHA-CHING!!! OK! My head is swirling! I've been reading books on foreclosures, flipping, finance...and then all the stuff I was exposed to (but never learned all the details about) in that Rich Dad class. It's like I have all of this information, but don't know how to store it in my brain-a-base so it all comes together. I don't know where to begin. OK...I don't even know how to blog. What to say, what to say??? Hmmm...took the $500 Robert Kiyosaki RE Investing/Wealth Building Seminar this weekend. (OK...itwas only$495.) I've learned more here in two hours on this site than I have all weekend. (Can I say stuff like that?) I'm pretty excited about this site and all it has to offer. OK...so you know I'm just starting...trying to understand how to find these properties and how to evaluate and negotiate the deals, right?? Soooo, I'm looking at a pre-foreclosure listing...to be auctioned next Wednesday...and I recognize the address!!
