I'm looking for like-minded investors to work with on projects, private money lenders, and investors who are looking for a bargain property so that we can work a wholesale deal.

About Me
I am a full time Real Estate Investor living in Nyack, NY (about 20 miles north of Manhattan). I've been investing at various levels for the past several years.
I "retired" last year after 31 years in Corporate America -- mostly in Sales and Marketing. Now I work just as hard, but it's for myself -- and that's much more rewarding! Plus I get to spend a lot more time with my 2 Chocolate Labs (Godiva & TJ).
I believe in the concept of having multiple streams of income, so in addition to investing in Real Estate, I am an Independent Consultant for Arbonne (wonderful skin care products) and an Independent Business Person with SunRider (all natural, whole food supplements and drinks).
I don't think there's competition in the RE market, so I'm happy to help others and, hopefully, learn something new in the process.
My Business
I have 2 businesses: GTS Home Buyers, LLC. for RE investing and QuantiMetrix Investments, Inc. for the Note business. My friend and next-door neighbor work in both businesses with me.
We buy houses all across the country and either wholesale them (with about a 30% equity position after the repairs) or rehab and retail them. Our team is about 30 people strong, including Realtors, Lawyers, Contractors, and a variety of others performing jobs that are required to be successful at investing.
As for the Note business, we buy and sell owner carry-back financing Notes and have a substantial network of people in that industry as well.
I also lend my money to other RE investors for short-term projects.
