I have been in the mortgage business since 2001 and have owned a mortgage brokerage that is licensed in Virginia and Maryland since 2003.  I have given my girlfriend the reigns of the business in the last month to join a company that has an inovative approach to pre-construction waterfront real estate ownership in waterfront communities in coastal North and South Carolina.  All thecommunities are gated and on the Intracoastal Waterway.
