Hello my fellow entrepreneurers, I'm very glad to be here among great people.  Just to tell a little about myself, I'm a mother, a business owner, and a hard-working woman of God seeking to do His will and be successful in the process.  As you may know, God is in the business of blessing His people.  This is a great time to be an investor and make lasting relationships in the process.  It is my prayer that anyone who works with me on anything, be blessed.  I pray prosperity for us all.  God bless!!!

Hi everyone.  It's very nice to be able to come to a place and network with like-minded people.  I have been investing in real estate for a year now and these are very exciting times.  I am committed to learn all about the different aspects to RE investing.  Right now my experience lies with wholesales, short sales, reos, and lease options.  Now is an awesome time to be doing short sales and buying REOs and flipping them if you desire.  Beside running my own business, Divine Investors, I have also added the Home Sellers Assist program to my list of services to allow for that extra stream of income while tackling and learning the other aspects of investing.  Of course, I've taken courses in RE investing and what I've learned from them has proven to be very monetarily beneficial to my business.  I am currently stationed in Michigan, but I'm thinking of heading South come next summer.  I'm also looking to start my own non-profit and help families who are in need of housing.  It has always been a strong desire of mine to be a blessing to hurting people and families.  We all need someone.
