I'm 47 years old and currently a Lieutentant with the Chicago Heights, IL. Fire Dept.(19.5 yrs). Ex-Navy man (1984-1988 )were I had the pleasure to work on F-14 Tomcat fighterjets. Toured 3/4's of the world and seen places most people only dream off. Acculated 29 years of trades experience working part-time or as a subcontractor for other investors. Happily married for 11 years to my wonderful wife Julie, and Blessed with two beautiful child Isabella & Samuel. And avid hunter and fisherman and love the sport of Drag Racing.

I've been actively investing in Real Estate for 5 years, and currently owen 3 single family rental homes. My company's name is Midwest Home Investors and we currently invest in the South/Southwest suburbs of Chicago. Wanted : Private/Hard/Conventional financing for Rehabs in NY. No monthly payments, 6 month turnaround.
No sourcing on Downpayments. No seasoning of any kind. POF's may be possible. Collateral on
Props may be possbile. Also need $$ for Floridian Multi-fam rentals. (One deal or all deals)

Thanks Erin for the welcome ! I'm excited to be growing my business and securing a future for me and my family. Being a part-time investor tends to put to much emphasis on an overly safe type of investing. And in so doing has put an increased distance between myself and financial freedom. Not anymore ! Thanks Antwan, I need to excute on the knowledge that I have already gain as well as the knowledge which I'am about to receive. Procrastination and Fear is what separates the doer's from the dreamers. And I have had my fill of dreaming. I ready to step onto the space shuttle straight to the top and SUCCESS ! I see you are loctaed in San Diego, I spent 4 yrs. at Naval Air Station Miramar. Sadly I heard that the Navy no longer uses the Air Base ? I imagine that alot has changed since 1984-88', have you been to Lahoia Beach area ? Back in the day that was were the wealthly hung out. Also Than Merrill from CT Homes / Flip this house is operating out of San Diego. If you can catch one of his seminars you will not be disappointed.
