Real Estate Investor Home

I currently work as a VP of Information Technology in the corporate world.  I work for a company that is currenlty winding down its operations.  Although this means I will be unemployed soon, I see this as a good thing.  I have almost a year to start a new career, while still making an income.  I am very interested in a career in Real Estate and am working towards my RE license which I should have in Feb 2010.  I will be doing everything I can to educate myself on this business.  I am extremly motivated and now that I have the extra incentive, I am ready to hit the ground running and dive in head first to get my business off the ground.

I have purchased investment properties in the past, so I am not a total newbie to real estate.  However, the time is now to go from newbie to professional.

I will have more to say about my business in the next few months.  I am currently working on starting in the RE industry and have not established a niche.

Presently I own single family homes in TX and a multi-family in Florida.  I have always been very interested in REI and have dabbled.  I have now made decision to take my business to the next level.  I will be focusing on building my business.
