Nice to say hello!  Hope OK is going well for you. 

I coach private money and other subjects, staying away from rehabs and flips.

Buying really cheap and holding with private money first mortgages is my personal strategy.  Also note brokering with great RE Investor terms, such as no payments for 5 years at 10% simple interest.

Thanks for the request Dewain.  I see you're doing a lot of different things with real estate - that's really great.  I'm sure I could learn a lot.  My partner and I have recently started investing.  We have a few properties under contract in Jersey.  We're focusing most of our business in Jersey City at this point.  They're redeveloping the entire city, so there's a lot of great stuff going on there.  Are you at all interested in being a passive investor on properties?
