About Me
We started investing 7 years ago buying, remodeling and holding property as rental units. We put a lot of work into getting a solid, recession proof base.
My Business
We have 10 rental units now and have also completed and sold a few rehab flips. In fact, we have a contract on another remodel property now. I would like to network with other investors and possibly create some additional partnerships or possible mentor on the wholesale side or new construction side.
I would like to start a master mind group of investors who are currently buying, rehabbing, wholesaling, holding (rentals), and retail selling. To share ideas, problems, solutions, deal checking, motivation and friendship with the day to day activities.
